I recently started renting a 5x10 unit at Red Rocks Storage in north Colorado Springs. I worked with Ms. Susie who was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, ... I recently started renting a 5x10 unit at Red Rocks Storage in north Colorado Springs. I worked with Ms. Susie who was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Online, I had reserved a larger unit based off the “What size do I need?” tool. I received a phone call from Ms. Susie almost immediately, suggesting I come in, take a tour, and look at the unit in person to see if it was the right fit for me. First I thought this might be their way to try to upsell me, and I am not good about saying “no” so I was nervous, lol! But, when I came in, I got the sense she genuinely wanted me to get the right size unit. She asked what I had, showed me a smaller unit, explained how I could get things to fit in there, and even offered to use her experience/expertise to help get things to fit in the smaller unit once I started moving in! She also made sure I got the best price possible by marking down my unit which had some square footage loss due to the HVAC, applying a promotion for a month free, AND applying the military discount! I felt no pressure to rent there and the leasing process was super easy and quick! I also ended up needing to move in a day earlier than I originally signed my lease for, and Ms. Susie helped me adjust my dates and got me access immediately. I’ve had a great experience at Red Rocks and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility that is friendly and fair! In a nutshell, great things about this facility: kind and professional staff, cleanliness, reasonable access hours, keyless entry and key sharing app, free dollies to borrow, free coffee/water, free conference room for tenants to use, packing supplies on site for purchase, no hassle move out (not locked in to a contract and only 1 week notice required). 10/10 recommend!
